LONG TERM BOARDING CONTRACT

OPEN RIDING WAIVER/HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

This form is required for long-term boarders, open riders and any other individuals who are riding at The King's Arena and are not participants of an event. Please fill out the online form below prior to riding.

If interested in holding an event at our facility, please fill out the contract below and return it in an email in PDF format.

Monday-Saturday; 9 AM - 8 PM

Sunday; Arena Closed

BARN RULES

ALL RIDERS OR PERSONS HANDLING A HORSE MUST SIGN A RELEASE BEFORE RIDING AND/OR BOARDING ANY HORSES IN ANY WAY. BOARDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING GUESTS SIGN RELEASES WHICH ARE AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OR ONLINE.

  • No smoking allowed on the property.

  • No trailer parking without permission.

  • Do not put horses in stalls without permission.

  • Dogs or pets must be kept on a leash or in the vehicle at all times.

  • The speed limit on the property is 15 mph for safety of horses, riders, and children. 

  • Children 14 and under must be supervised by an adults at all times.

  • All riders 18 and under are required to wear an ASTM/SEI approved helmet when mounted on a horse, unless a helmet release waiver is signed. 

  • Clean up after your horse and yourself. 

  • Please turn off lights in the arena if you are the last person riding. 

  • Please do not leave your horse unattended in any area including the riding arena. 

  • Do not leave trailers parked for an extended period without permission. Trailers cannot be parked in front of the coverall or arena. Only temporary loading and unloading is allowed. 

  • If you don't do it at home... Don't do it at the stable. Common sense and courtesy at all times.

PRACTICING SAFE RIDING PRINCIPLES AND GOOD BARN ETIQUETTE MAY MEAN MANY YEARS OF HAPPY, HEALTHY RIDING ENJOYMENT FOR YOU AND YOUR HORSE. HAVE FUN AND STAY SAFE!
